Automate tasks - How many of your marketing functions can be easily automated? For example, by using an outside service to send your Ezine, you can reduce your time invested for a relatively small expense. When I did this with my Jim’s Jems Ezine, I cut the time of fulfillment from several hours per issue to no more than 5 or 10 minutes. There are several services that will manage your Ezine for a few dollars a month, handling bounce backs, new subscribers and removals.
Delegate - Even the smallest business today can delegate tasks by utilizing the service of a new breed of office help called virtual assistants or VA’s. VA’s provide a variety of services ranging from data entry and typing to bookkeeping, database management, document creation, website management and more. The advantage to having a VA is that you are only paying for the time used on an "as needed basis."
