I usually can get online to walk you thru any tech support issues that keen callers have to call me about. It seems like some callers dont want to accept my advice (or dont want to believe me?) which is fine but as you should know its pretty hard to diagnose in one 5 to 10 minute keen call a complex technical issue without doing further research which many times is needed.

Keen advisors you dont need to use Flash on your homepages to have a great keen listing. Flash will slow up the downloading of your pages. There are many very nice keen listings that dont use flash.

Hello and welcome to my keen blog. I am going to use this as a forum for me to sound off about keen, keen customers & advisors, doing business on keen and any new happenings.

1) Feedback- as an advisor I dont always get any feedback- negative or positive from my callers. Sometimes it seems the only feedback I get is negative. And it very hard to make all keen callers happy without someone not being 100% satisfied. I've had Keen advisors call me and be happy with our keen call and not leave positive feedback (Keen advisors should know better!). Ive had callers read my negative feedback and change their mind about using my services.

2) I am on the east coast so if you call me at 3:00 in the morning I will be sound asleep but I will still try to respond to the best of my ability to your keen call. So please dont leave negative feedback that I was half asleep when you called. Please try to be fair when leaving feedback.

3) Under tools and links there is a feedback link on your home page to leave feedback regarding a keen call if you didnt after the call. Please use it wisely!
